Atlantic Sun Guesthouse

  • If you wish to make the deposit payment, please leave the request in the special requests that we will send the data for deposit.
  • At check-in you will be asked for a document with photo and signature of the cardholder used for payment, if the holder is not present the payment will be canceled.
  • Children up to 5 years old are treated as a courtesy (only one per accommodation.)
  • We accept small pets.
  • Cancellation Policy: The effective date of the reservation implies the full acceptance of the rules below:
  • Requests for cancellation should be requested only by E-mail: contato@pousadaatlanticsun.com.br
    • Cancellations requested up to 30 days from the date of entry into the hostel, the guest will receive the total amount already paid through the bank deposit.
    • Cancellations requested within 15 days of the date of guest's arrival at the hostel, the same will lose 50% of the total amount already paid through the bank deposit.
    • Cancellations requested up to 07 days from the date of entry into the inn, the guest will lose 100% of the total amount already paid.
    • In case of reservation rescheduling, the guest must request in advance of up to 10 days of the date of entry into the inn.
    • The cancellation in the middle of the lodging implies the total payment of the requested period.
    • For rescheduling the guest must request 10 days in advance.
